I was disappointed with the colour as I believe that the hairdresser did not leave the product on long enough to fully develop so the colour is barely noticeable. My fringe is wonky and the blow dry was messy as the hairdresser did not section the hair properly to blow dry each part resulting in parts being missed. Looking back I should have complained.

All in all wonderful - would definitely return. Kim gave me some great advice on how to do my hair differently from how I had it, and also gave a great scalp massage during the wash. The only issue I had was The lack of chatting during the hair appointment, and the blow dry took far too long. These are very small, almost non-issues and hence I have kept the rating to 5 stars. Would definitely return!

Best head massage in ages. Staff super lovely. So polite when I was 10 minutes late. Hairdresser really took his time and cared about what he was doing.

Good and central venue if you are looking for a quick blow dry. Staff not particularly polite and welcoming. I had to wait extra 45' since my actual booking time. Not my first choice in terms of hairdressers available in London but they had a last minute availability and cheap price.
