The result was very good (excellent hair colour) and place was nice, but the treatment was somewhat rough for my preference. Everyone was very nice and polite otherwise. I wouldn't object to going there again but would try a different hairdresser.

The salon is quite small, however it's nicely decorated and in a perfect location as I work in Soho. I'd booked in for a full head of highlights and this did take a little while, at the end the other staff where sitting there waiting for me to leave which did make me feel a little uncomfortable. My hairdresser was good, however the highlights haven't completely covered my roots, it is a nice colour though, taken from a brassy blonde to a more natural colour.

I was really pleased with the overall experience. My hair was in pretty bad condition due to dying it blonde for a long period of time and I've had really bad haircuts before, which is why I left it so long before getting trimmed. The staff were all lovely and the cut and blow dry I got was amazing, my hair doesn't feel lifeless anymore!
