I have curly hair so my hairdresser (the person who was due to cut my hair did not view my hair before it was washed) - I was then left waiting for 20 minutes in the reception area which was packed with customers until the hairdresser came to cut my hair. Not massively impressed with the service; the cut was okay and ok value for money but there are taking on two many customers and not enough staff or space.

Absolutely lovely woman (Carmel) who cut my hair, but unfortunately I wasn't in a great mood by then as I arrived on time (5:30), waited til 5:45 to get my hair washed, then was left with the conditioning treatment on my hair for over half an hour - was told 5 minutes or so, but they didn't have enough staff and the lady assigned to cut my hair was not even remotely close to finishing previous client. If the salon had phoned and said I should come 30 minutes later I would have been a lot happier.
