Pretty sure I didn't get the conditioning treatment on my hair that was advertised but they were running 25mins late for my appt so I wouldn't have had time for it anyway.
Also thought that I was getting a "good deal" ie the offer was a large discount, but turns out it's the same price as if you were an existing customer.

I had read the reviews on Treatwell and booked Carmel as my hairdresser!
I have rather dark hair and Carmel managed to give me the perfect shade of highlights-ash blonde. In the past when I got my hair highlighted, it always turned out red- which I hated.
All in all, I will be going back again as Carmel was amazing, meticulous, polite and a perfectionist! You will not be disappointed!

I have curly hair so my hairdresser (the person who was due to cut my hair did not view my hair before it was washed) - I was then left waiting for 20 minutes in the reception area which was packed with customers until the hairdresser came to cut my hair. Not massively impressed with the service; the cut was okay and ok value for money but there are taking on two many customers and not enough staff or space.
