Bita gave me a cut and blow dry - she was very friendly, she suggested the style for my cut which I'm very happy with, and kept cutting until I was satisfied with it. She also finished off with some lovely curly waves, putting a lot of effort into my hair. The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful. Her hair wash was very relaxing.

Good experience, really good value for money. Not entirely sure if I actually received the deep nourishment that should have been part of it, but fair enough as I didn't ask. Now washed my hair once and cut looks nice!

I booked one of the offers online as it was one of the few Salons opened on a Sunday. I asked for my hair to be colored back to my natural color.
It was a whole disaster:
The girl who did my hair (blond curly hair), had no clue what kind of dying she should use (torn between highlights and coloring my whole hair) - ending up suggesting a color which was definitely not my natural one.
I should have walked out of the salon at that point, but as I had paid already I stayed.
That was a big mistake:
She started doing the highlights, and then colored my whole hair. As she was very slow, the highlights remained in over an hour. My hair turned out to be reddish - brown, with blond stripes like squirrel (more visible on the side she started to do them).
When washing my hair, she swapped water all over my face.
It was a disaster all over.
I went home, washed my hair for 1 hour!! and decided to book in an appointment with a well known hair dresser for the next day.
Luckily he could color it back to my natural color.
All over - a total waste of money and tears
