The whole experience seemed rushed. The stylist didn't very good english, so some of my requests were lost in translation. She was friendly but I don't think she was very experienced. The result was along way from what I wanted.

Although I was a little apprehensive to find it quiet and with only 1 or 2 other customers during lunchtime, it was a great experience. Lovely staff, good cut, and it was easy to book. Excellent value for money.

Great value for money. However it wasnt the most luxurious experience Ive had at a hairdressers. My stylist didnt talk to me at all, and they didnt offered me any water, tea or coffee until I saw someone else being very friendly served by their stylist and managed to asked them. Could probably do with looking at their customer service.

I came to the salon with the expectation of being taken from a medium brown to an ashy blonde in one sitting. Bita sat down with me and talked to me about how this was unrealistic, and we opted for a darker colour. She took the time to help me find a colour that was right for me. She noted how the ends would be darker than the roots, so used two different dies and tried her hardest to get it to the colour I wanted. The colour came out beautifully, she done an excellent job. Not only would I recommend the salon, but I'd recommend Bita.
