Friendly staff, hair conditioning great. I love the shape of the haircut ...but a it's too short. We had a brief consultation before hand but still ended up with very short sides. It will look fab in about 2 weeks but feel a bit self conscious at the moment.

Far from the luxurious treatment described. I would have been seriously unhappy if I had paid full price. Staff are very kind but that's about it. The place not very clean.

It was such great value. The staff were really friendly, it was a nice salon and I was thrilled with the result. I never usually like my hair when it's just been cut but they got it spot on. And my hair is super soft from the conditioning treatment.

Appointment was late had to remind them twice. Had to skip my conditioning treatment because of time. No one really seemed to care and the guy who washed my hair ended up being my stylist (since the one I had booked for my time didn't seem to be available or didn't show up - no one explained).
Stylist was a bit confused throughout and the haircut wasn't great. He rushed to finish it as his next customer arrived. All in all, pretty crap experience which is a shame as I came here once and had a good stylist and service, I guess they take too many bookings at the same time now.
Would not be coming back here.
