Amazing staff and such great value, you wonder how they do it considering they don't seem to compromise on quality at all (no rush jobs, highly skilled stylists, free wine and bites!), also it's right bang in the middle of the west end so easily commutable from my office. Love love this place, top marks all round!!

I'm really not one to complain but my experience here was absolutely shockingly bad. For a start, the salon was grimy, I had other people's hair blowing onto me because the chairs were so crammed together and there was blaring music which was hardly relaxing! I had highlights done and despite bringing in pictures and telling my stylist that I usually had some highlights and some lowlights, I have come out with completely ash blonde hair and spent the weekend getting it completely redone as it was so bad. When I told her I wasn't happy, all she said was 'oh well I think it suits you'.. absolutely no offer to correct the terrible job! Furthermore, she was utterly rude and extremely rough... I'm actually surprised I have any hair left! I also have burn mark on my ear from her rushing with the straighteners.. again, no apology. I also had paid in advance for a conditioning treatment and did not get it.
This is the first really bad experience I have had booking through Treatwell and thought that with the ratings, it was a safe option. It has completely put me off booking through here again.
Overall, if you want your hair to remain in tact, avoid this salon at all costs!!!

A good, basic haircut in a convenient location. Their internet was down when I arrived so there was a bit of confusion, but all was resolved quickly and I was in a stylist's chair in a matter of minutes. It's a small and slightly chaotic salon, but my stylist was great and the cut was excellent value. Would definitely return.

Always have the best salon experiences here (being my third visit) this time I had a colour and the results were truly great. Was really able to blend in the highlights, keeping them natural whilst maintaining the vibrancy of the colour. Very pleased as always, some of the best technicians in London, will definitely be going back and will keep on recommending! Thanks!
