The haircut and dry was not average but I believe it was because I was in a rush. The stylist was nice and attentive but I dont think I would return there on a regular basis unfortunately

I booked a hair cut, blow dry luxury conditioning package with Emile. Luckily, i had read good reviews about him so made an informed decision. The team was great there, everyone was very welcoming. Emile was fantastic, very pleasant personality from Bulgaria. My hair was long and gets tangled into knots very easily, but he was very understanding and cooperative. He was very careful with my hair as i hate rough brushing. He listened to the brief, discussed it and gave me ideas on how it would work for me. I have to give a special mention to his blowdrying skills. I have gotten my hair blowdried thousands of times for exceptional but i have never seen a skill and perfection like that. I was very pleased. Saving up now to get him to do my tint and highlights.

Precision cut, stylish blow dry but the overall busy salon team gave me the feeling to take too long with my thick medium long hair. There was a glitch with no hot water to rinse colouring and conditioning. The hair dresser mixed the wrong colour, which I needed to reject and then bleached my hair too long. Great effort and value for money but over 5 hours was more than I bargained for.
