Couldnt get more dissatisfied with my cut.
They guy didn't even introduce himself. I showed him picture with haircut I wanted several time before and during the cut. I get that it's a short haircut but again it's not a rocket science.
At the end I got outdated haircut that was nothing like the one I wanted. The hairdresser acknowledge the fact that he deliver something different to what was required but didn't have solution how to fix it so I ended up going back to Tony &Guy and paid for another haircut
My stylist Emile was fantastic and loved my cut and blow dry. The ONLY point I would pick up on was the fact that the water to wash my hair was cold and I had to wait about 30 - 40 mins and even then it was lukewarm. I was assured this happened very rarely and this had no bearing on Emile's ability to offer a very decent hair cut/blow dry service. So overall very happy but hope the water thing is sorted out so it doesn't happen to other customers.
This is the second time I've used Gusto for a blow dry and style. This time however wasn't as good. Found the stylist to be a bit spikey and just styled my hair as she would have wanted it, rather than what we discussed in the mini consultation at the beginning. Why have that consultation if you're not going to do it! Overall is was ok, but expected better.
Very well located salon near to Regent Street and Soho. Interesting decor but ultimately very lovely staff and welcoming stylists. Really enjoyed the blow dry - was exactly what i was looking for!
