This place is amazing. I had some awful highlights done at another salon over the Christmas break and I was really unhappy with the look. I booked in for some highlights at Gusto to try and fix the problem. Sara assessed my hair condition and suggested that I not get highlights but go for an ombre style and colour correction instead. She really knows her stuff and I felt completely comfortable with her advice. Throughout the appointment she kept me informed and let me know what she was doing and what the outcome would be. The colour took a lot longer than I had expected, and I was in the salon until 9:45pm- but not once did Sara try and rush the job she was doing. Thank you Sara!! Will definitely be returning.

Despite the stylist being listening to me, she didn't seem quite sure about what to do and when it was done, I was not happy with it, so she proposed to do something different which was better, but it felt strange to explain, I didn't really feel at ease at the salon that day.

It was a nice hair cut with a lovely stylist. I didn't really like the blow dry initially but it looked nice after a few hours.
