I have been going to this salon for over a year now and have never had a problem. Unfortunately, this time was different. The ambience was terrible as the receptionist and my stylist were having a poorly hidden argument with another one of the stylists. That instantly made me uncomfortable. I asked my stylist for the usual colour, but brightened up a little. My roots are bright orange and the rest of my hair is red. I pointed this out to her and she became aggressive and confrontational, making comments about how I 'obviously don't like her' and there's 'no pleasing some people'. I complained to the manager and he was very helpful, offering me a correction and free cut and blow dry. I would be returning to this salon if it weren't for the fact that another member of staff took my personal mobile number off of the system and text me!! I couldn't believe that such a breech of privacy was allowed. That was the last straw unfortunately, and I won't be going back.
