Despite the stylist being listening to me, she didn't seem quite sure about what to do and when it was done, I was not happy with it, so she proposed to do something different which was better, but it felt strange to explain, I didn't really feel at ease at the salon that day.
I had an afternoon appointment on a Saturday. On arrival they took my coat and offered me a drink, and informed me my hairdresser was running a bit behind. They offer complimentary drinks including wine. I got seated 30 mins later for the colour consultation for my highlights, then spoke about the cut.
Overall I'm happy with my hair for the price I paid, and I've got what I asked for, but I was in there for 4 and a half hours, and was not given the hairdresser I asked for on the app. I'd asked for Emile but I got Kim.
The place is ok, downstairs is a thai massage parlour which is where the toilet is too (door didn't shut properly).
So happy with my haircut and colour at Gusto. Sara was really thorough and listened to everything I wanted. The salon is small and quite dark which was off putting at first but I'm very happy with the results! Thanks!
