After reading some of the Treatwell reviews, I decided to give this place a shot. That was a mistake. I discussed with my hairdresser what I wanted to do, and got the feeling that she really understood. I couldn't have been more wrong. During the entire process she was rough and not at all gentle. She didn't cut the length we discussed which she realized after the blow dry. She then started to cut my hair again, dry this time, and I ended up looking like a medieval 12 year old boy. I didn't trust her enough to correct it so I just left after paying way to much money for something I could've done myself.

Loved my highlights, they really listened to what I wanted and I've already booked up for my next appointment.
Only negative was that they were running late by about half hour so I didn't get out of the salon till around 630 but the attention to detail is more than worth it!

Certainly good to book in advance! I had to come back, waited for another 10mins for the appointment. Luckily my friends were flexible to wait for me and the lady gave me a discount for the delay. The cut was done as I wished and Emile, the stylist did a good job cutting my hair! Mind you, my hair is rather "resistance and incontrollable" at times!
