No hair treatment of more than 1min happenned. Hair did not withstand weather conditions, made no effort to apply something on the hair to maintain the blow dry.

Absolutely brilliant experience at Gusto - they were able to transform my hair from unhealthy, broken and lack-lustre
into a shiny, healthy and flattering style. Definitely worth the money and already booked to go back for a second visit.

After reading some of the Treatwell reviews, I decided to give this place a shot. That was a mistake. I discussed with my hairdresser what I wanted to do, and got the feeling that she really understood. I couldn't have been more wrong. During the entire process she was rough and not at all gentle. She didn't cut the length we discussed which she realized after the blow dry. She then started to cut my hair again, dry this time, and I ended up looking like a medieval 12 year old boy. I didn't trust her enough to correct it so I just left after paying way to much money for something I could've done myself.
