I had my hair cut with Yiannis and it was great. He took the time to explain to me what I can do to make my hair fell healthier and was super helpful. Plus the cut was the best I've had since I've been in London!

I arrived a bit early so ended seeing two members of the staff fighting over who had the least time to see me at that point. Thank god, I ended up with someone different!
The salon is overcrowded making it extremely difficult to move around. My sit was broken and uncomfortable.
However all of this would have been okay as the hairdresser was very nice. But I am also very unhappy with the haircut, it is so short I am considering getting extensions, and it is really not what I asked for.
Additionally, the hairdresser made me feel he really wasn't listening to me at all. Indeed, he started by asking me if I liked asymmetric haircuts to which I said absolutely not! He still ended up styling my hair in an asymmetric style, with all the volume on one side - because he really likes it. Great, but I took a shower at home to get rid of it!
Anyways, overall really not happy with the experience, this is not what I asked for.
