I arrived a bit early so ended seeing two members of the staff fighting over who had the least time to see me at that point. Thank god, I ended up with someone different!
The salon is overcrowded making it extremely difficult to move around. My sit was broken and uncomfortable.
However all of this would have been okay as the hairdresser was very nice. But I am also very unhappy with the haircut, it is so short I am considering getting extensions, and it is really not what I asked for.
Additionally, the hairdresser made me feel he really wasn't listening to me at all. Indeed, he started by asking me if I liked asymmetric haircuts to which I said absolutely not! He still ended up styling my hair in an asymmetric style, with all the volume on one side - because he really likes it. Great, but I took a shower at home to get rid of it!
Anyways, overall really not happy with the experience, this is not what I asked for.

Nicest hairdresser ever! Listened to my concerns about what I wanted my colour to be like and what I definitely didn't want and talked me through what he would do. He stayed late to make sure he got it spot on. I had compliments on my wavy blow dry. Nice chatty atmosphere.

As always, an excellent experience! Miro is charming, fast and really good at his job. The salon is always very helpful at moving appointments if necessary. Great location and the complimentary glass of sparkling wine was much appreciated. A total winner.
