This wasn't my first time at Gousto so frankly I didn't expect to be disappointed. Firstly,I was offered coffee that never arrived. Then,the gentleman cutting mh hair asked me what I'd wanted to do-only not to follow it completely. Throughout it appeared that he perhaps was new to this or (I don't want to be harsh) didn't care that much. As a result He cut too much off (from shoulder blade length which I lovingly grew for 2 years as my hair grows really slowly) I now have a shoulder lenght layered mess. The layers don't make any sense and front is strangely shorter than the rest- for the first time I have been wearing my hair up everyday since I've had a cut. Needless to say I am not happy at all and despite previous positive experience I will not be going there agsain
