I was hesitant to return to Gusto after the last lot of highlights I had and was disappointed to have the same experience happen again where I was attended to wholeheartedly all the way up til when I had my hair washed when I was sent away with the trainee who clearly had no idea what she was doing. Marred the whole experience and all it would have taken to remedy the situation was my hairdresser coming over to check on me but that didn't happen. Won't be coming back.

Had booked for a 1/2 head of highlights, treatment, cut & blow dry with Sonila - who also recommended that I have a toner (extra £10). She was very nice, super friendly, and really understood what I wanted (I think she has mind reading skills!). Very very happy with my hair and also the experience. Amazingly good value for money & a great job too. Definitely recommended & I'll certainly be coming back :)

I've had Brazilian blow dries regularly for a few years now and never had one take so long! Was there nearly three hours and I have shoulder length fine hair! Usually take about 90 mins. However, I did have wine whilst I was there so wasn't all bad. The treatment was good as usual, just next time I'll make sure I bring a book :)
