Had booked for a 1/2 head of highlights, treatment, cut & blow dry with Sonila - who also recommended that I have a toner (extra £10). She was very nice, super friendly, and really understood what I wanted (I think she has mind reading skills!). Very very happy with my hair and also the experience. Amazingly good value for money & a great job too. Definitely recommended & I'll certainly be coming back :)

I've had Brazilian blow dries regularly for a few years now and never had one take so long! Was there nearly three hours and I have shoulder length fine hair! Usually take about 90 mins. However, I did have wine whilst I was there so wasn't all bad. The treatment was good as usual, just next time I'll make sure I bring a book :)

Not a very nice atmosphere and my stylist barely said 2 words to me. Nor did the stylists talk to each other or talk to each other politely. The style is a lot shorter than I asked for and could see that mistakes were being made that then needed evening out making it very short. I was very tense when recognising this but when I asked if the front could be evened out I was made to feel I was in the wrong. The water when washing my hair was cold and head massage felt rushed. Not a good experience at all.

My stylist completely ignored my direction and dyed my hair a really different colour to what I wanted - when I seemed unsure she said to wash it and hope it lightens up eventually.

The receptionist was pretty stubborn and not so helpful. I had Yiannis as my hairdresser and he did a great job. The salon was not too clean but it's nice and cute.
