A truly great salon with some of the most talented stylists I've come across during my time in London. My boyfriend booked me in some months ago as it's his local haunt and no regrets! All round high marks.

Hairdresser had over booked. I waited with my head in the sink for over 20 minutes (I had a toner on but she could've made it more comfortable). Once toner was washed out I waited an additional half hour until the hair dresser was available. This should've taken about an hour but it took two hours (no colour). The staff weren't really keen on helping each other out - they were worried about their own clients. This impacted the ambience. I was pleased with the toner and the cut and the hair dresser took her time when styling my hair which was nice. Good value for money however this was not a relaxing experience.

Had a detailed consultation, showed all my images and discussed. They explained they use a back combing technique - very careful not to hurt the scalp throughout! Beautiful results, really happy and will use the same stylist again (was first available). With wine and popcorn served throughout!
