I'm totally in love with this hairdressers, so many great things about this place.
First the value is incredible, it's a third of the price I use to pay and just as good in terms of outcome, if not better!
Second, location is perfect, for me anyhow. Yards from my office and generally very central, right in the middle of Soho. Lastly the service and skill level of the stylists is second to none, as mentioned I used to go a salon charging nearly an order of magnitude more yet this place blows it out the water, always get loads of compliments post Gusto!

Overall a 3-star experience. Wash and blow dry was good, but she didn't realize I booked a haircut until after she had washed my hair. I was not offered a drink despite everyone else having a glass of prosecco. It was not great, but not bad either.

I have been here a few times. The very first time was really good but the last time, I didn't get the hair style that I wanted. When the hairdresser commented on my hair, that's it. He must have a bad day, I think. I'm not coming back. Sorry.
