Staff were very friendly and patient as I was running a little late. It's a small space and quite noisy, but I guess that's London. I felt a little rushed but that was probably because I was late!

I'm happy with the final result of my haircut done by Sara, especially my super straight fringe. The techniques were slightly odd and uncomfortable though - she kept moving my head rather than herself or my hair for example. The ambience and staff were a little lacking - one staff member came in and distracted her co-workers and chatted etc very loudly. If I didn't get a good deal from Treatwell the rating would be lower.
