The haircut and treatment I received at Gusto was great, my hairdresser listened to my wishes and cut the hair accordingly. She was super lovely and we had a nice chat.

My haircut was simple and executedly beautifully. My wash was rushed and basic, nothing relaxing about it. The location is central but the furnishings are tired. The staff were pleasant but they were clearly tired and hung over and talk amongst themselves /were in their phones rather than creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
