My haircut was simple and executedly beautifully. My wash was rushed and basic, nothing relaxing about it.
The location is central but the furnishings are tired. The staff were pleasant but they were clearly tired and hung over and talk amongst themselves /were in their phones rather than creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

I usually go here for a wash and cut and am treated quite well. This time I felt as though I was rushed and was not as happy with the final product. They had double booked and asked me to come 1.5 hours early for my appointment when I was still at work. When I did arrive the appointment was rushed and I do not feel like I was given the same treatment that usually keeps me coming back to Gustos.
