I Know Gusto for a few years now and the team as well. I normally do my hair cuts here. I knew if I have to do Ladies' Brazilian Blow Dry, this would always be my first choice. My hair is very strong as healthy but also with volume and frizzy. On my last appointment for a hair cut here, they recommend it to me. That I was a perfect candidate and would be very beneficial. Sara as the other members were impeccable. Never seen such team work. This was my first Ladies' Brazilian Blow Dry. Sara told me everything I needed to know and ensure during the process all was good with me. Sara was patient because this a process of 2 hours and I am very thankful, she did an amazing job. I will definitely come back for my next one in about 3-4 months time. I also been recommending this place to all my friends.

Joseph did my Brazilian blow dry and I am beyond impressed with it! I have given it a wash with sulfate-free shampoo as recommended after about 2.5 days and I am in awe over how straight and frizz-free it is!!! ❤️ absolutely love it! Highly recommend booking with Joseph too as he was extremely thorough and made sure to use the appropriate amount of product on each section of hair. He was also extremely honest with the expectations I should be having for the result. Will defo be coming back in 4 months for another one!

Haircut was good however, was disappointed the hairdresser didn't look at my hair type and style when its dry before just seeing it wet because there was a lot of assumptions about what my hair was like and needs and I felt it wasn't always accurate. Happy with the results and a nice salon!
