I was one of the first appointments of the day and from start to finish Sara took really good care of me - even tho I was seen slightly later than scheduled due to technical difficulties she was really polite and kept me up to speed. She also kindly offered a discount for the delay. I have really thick curly hair and always dread my haircut appointments as when the hair is blow dried it always looks great, but once I wash it and leave it natural it often ends in tears. Not this time! I showed Sara a picture of a shorter style I liked and she was very honest with me and explained why it wouldn't work for my type of hair. She suggested an alternative short style which I was happy to go for. I felt Sara took great care in giving me a haircut that would actually suit me and the result didn't disappoint! I received a lot of compliments and I was even more pleased after my first wash at home as my hair now looks and feel absolutely AMAZING when curly! Really soft, bouncy and defined curls that frame my face nicely and don't give me the "poodle look". I won't go anywhere else to get my hair done now, as long as it's Sara that looks after me! THANK YOU!

Good haircut and friendly staff but the experience was nowhere near as good as when I visited the Covent Garden Salon! Very small and poky in Soho, with nerd of a refresh. Sadly the conditioning treatment wasn’t as hydrating as last time too, which transformed my hair before

Lovely staff who look after you well with refreshments and conversation. I felt the blow dry was quite nice but didn't last because the hair wasn't tightly pulled and heated with the dryer. I saw stray locks of hair being left and only gathered later so they hadn't had enough heat in the styling process. Overall the value was good though
