Would say overall experience was alright but not fantastic. The lady who mans the front desk doesn’t seem to understand customer service but the stylists were really nice. I had an 11am appointment but my stylist couldn’t make it so the front desk left me waiting saying someone else will do it. I had somewhere else to be after what would have been the end of my original time slot so I didn’t think it was fair to just keep me waiting without a plan. Finally one of the other stylists approached me at 11:18 to find out what I have been told and offered to wash my hair herself until another stylist would arrive. I wasn’t offered anything by the front desk for the entire time I was waiting until the stylist told her to get me a drink at least. I really think the whole experience would have been better had someone just acted like they enjoyed their job just the slightest...

I asked for s very simple straight cut, so for that it was OK. The lady to welcome us was a bit tense when answering my calls and later receiving me in saloon because I was a bit late, but later we ended up having a very friendly conversation.

I arrived on time, and the woman at the front desk told me I'd have to wait about 10 mins which was fine, but ended up being kept waiting for about 35 mins, so had to cancel the plans I had afterwards.
The lady cutting my hair didn't even look at my hair and ask me what I wanted before washing it.
After explaining what I wanted, she proceeded to do the exact opposite and I left with one of the worst haircuts I think I've ever had.
I will not be going back.
