I arrived on time, and the woman at the front desk told me I'd have to wait about 10 mins which was fine, but ended up being kept waiting for about 35 mins, so had to cancel the plans I had afterwards. The lady cutting my hair didn't even look at my hair and ask me what I wanted before washing it. After explaining what I wanted, she proceeded to do the exact opposite and I left with one of the worst haircuts I think I've ever had. I will not be going back.

I got there 10 minutes early and the receptionist told me to wait as the hairdresser would be late. I expected a higher degree of cleanliness of tools used. However, I was pleased with the haircut and overall result.

Very pleased with haircut and blow dry by Marco. He took the time to understand what I wanted and checked in with me throughout the service to make sure i was happy. I’ve already rebooked!
