Kept waiting for quite a while before my appointment started but good quality manicure in the end.

I booked appointment for 3pm and got a text message saying it was at this time. However when I arrived I got another text saying it was at 3:45pm which was frustrating! Luckily they managed to change around some of the timings so my appointment wasn’t too delayed but still annoying that the scheduling obviously isn’t done correctly!
