The receptionist was very friendly and kind but there was an issue with their booking system so was give the wrong appointment time. Therefore by arriving 20mins late, there was insufficient time for both treatments. They were very polite and apologetic but ultimately I spent a lot of time waiting around when it’d have been better to tell me it wouldn’t be possible to do both and partly refund me. The manicurist also filed off too much nail when removing the Shellac and consequently the weakened nails tore not long after. Treatwell kindly gave me a partial refund and voucher, however!
