I booked appointment for 3pm and got a text message saying it was at this time. However when I arrived I got another text saying it was at 3:45pm which was frustrating! Luckily they managed to change around some of the timings so my appointment wasn’t too delayed but still annoying that the scheduling obviously isn’t done correctly!

Their best eyebrow lady has left and the women replacing her are not as good, left scratches on my face and took triple the time to my brows. I used to love this place but my last experience left me doubtful I'll go back!
