I paid for a ‘shellac polish’ on the treatwell app (£15). At the end they then asked me to pay an extra £10 because apparently they had not given me what I paid for but a ‘Shellac manicure’, I said this was ridiculous as I had not paid for that or asked for it once but they still insisted I payed. Awful experience.
And as a little side note, I asked for 5 colours from their colour selection for my nails and they did not have a single one. So I had to pick a colour I wasn’t particularly fond of

Very good eyebrow waring done by Kay. She was very efficient and my eyebrows look very neat. I highly recommend her as an eyebrow technician.

Fantastic treatment, lovely team, clean salon. Only little complaint is that it would have been nice to listen to relaxing SPA music during treatment. Would suggest and go there again.
