Very unorganised-- I waited for an hour before even starting my manicure. After all the wait, I had a terrible shellac that was chipped, unevenly applied and filled with air bubbles. It was starting to crack within the last 30 minutes of leaving the establishment. Do not waste your money here. I had no choice because they were the only nail salon that opened until late on a weekday.
