The beautician didn’t use new wax for me and double dips doing a Hollywood! This should never be practised especially on sensitive areas. She also left quite a bit of hair knowing I’m pregnant and cannot check properly, only realised when I got home. Lady at the front was quite friendly though.

Nice salon, considering we booked last minute I was pleased with the experience. Mani was great, booked a pedi last min but it was a little underwhelming as it was just a polish and go. Would have liked the full experience but I wasn’t even given the option. Still I’m v happy with the end result

SCAMMERS. they told me to come back in 24 hours as they require a patch test, I had a flight to catch that day so this was not possible. They told me it wasn’t a problem & I would get a full refund since I didn’t receive the service I paid for. They kept my money & treatwell have not responded to emails. It’s been 8 days.
