I hate to leave a negative review so I tried calling to explain that I am really unhappy with the treatment but as it had taken over 2 hours and I was already late, I could not complain at the time. The woman would not even discuss it with me despite me saying I had photos. Eyebrows were good but the £60 mani pedi is genuinely the worst I have ever had done - bumpy, smudged and jagged around the edges

I got service from Sabrina, I enjoyed my appointment but only problem was that the nail paint took really really long to dry. even after over an hour it came off from a few areas, felt dissapointed with that as spent money and left with spolied nails on the very first day !
