Good if you get seen. I had a lovely shellac manicure a few weeks ago. Stayed perfect for 2 weeks. Both the first and most recent times I booked via treat well. The first time I was seated & choose and they were fairly efficient however my second & most recent trip I book but was sat waiting for 20 mins. After 15mins I politely said I might leave as I had an even a few hours after that I needed time to get ready for. I was told it repeatedly it would be only a minute. I walked out disappointed.

The pedicure was great but even though I booked and paid in advance I still had to wait 30 mins to be seen. Not good if you're in a rush. Why let people book spots if they aren't available?
