I would like to commend Ting and give her 5 stars rating. She knows her craft, pays attention to details, open to listening to client’s request and preferences, a 101% pro at what she does. She is very nice to have a chat with. There’s not much fuss for her. She takes her time to provide quality service without the rushing despite long lists. several occasions I had with her, I request for the AC as the temperature on those days were really hot and she did attend to my request immediately.

I didn’t have Afroz, I had Kay (I recommend they add her to the list) and she is AMAZING! If I could give her 10 stars I would. My eyebrows look perfect every time and she’s so lovely. I would always recommend giving some extra time as they do get busy in there.

I hate to leave a negative review so I tried calling to explain that I am really unhappy with the treatment but as it had taken over 2 hours and I was already late, I could not complain at the time.
The woman would not even discuss it with me despite me saying I had photos. Eyebrows were good but the £60 mani pedi is genuinely the worst I have ever had done - bumpy, smudged and jagged around the edges
