The salon is not the same as the pictures. It’s a bit hectic, you’re not exactly greeted with a smile. Not the friendliest staff and it felt a little run down and not the cleanest. The pedicure was good though and I’m happy with the finish.

Not exactly what I was expecting. The pictures make it look fancier than what it was. It was cramped, with way too many people I also had to wait a while to be seen to, so I was standing awkwardly in the middle of the nail section. It seemed a little unorganised. Personally I wouldn't come back again, there's plenty of other nail salons.

I've been few times (5-6) for waxing and was very happy. Not this time..I waslate 8 min and I waited another 30. My app was at 12 and the lady tookme at 12.40 because I complained otherwise I might wait longer. The service was OK. I was bookedfor brazillian and half leg. The lady didn'tcheck the details of my appointment and started doing Hollywood. Also Idon'tknow why they specify that they use Lycoon wax for brazillian and Hollywood although the lady used the same wax for my legs.
