I got there and a lady that was not Nadia, started cutting my hair. She was very inexperienced and made me feel uneasy. I then asked to change to the lady I had originally asked for and the cut was pretty average. Good value for money as I'd say, you get what you pay for here. Disappointed.

After being sat in a chair at the front of the empty shop with the door wide open and my belongings left in easy reach of passers by, I explained that I wanted a small trim and backed this up with a photograph of the hairstyle I had previously. The main statement I made was to 'keep as much of the length as possible' as that was important to the look I had/wanted. The hairdresser appeared to not understand the difference between trimming layers and removing length however as I left the shop with over 4 inches of length missing, the fringe untouched, and a wonky parting. After stating 'oh well it'll grow back', I wasn't offered an apology much less my money back. Very upset and now needing to get my hair restyled to resolve the little hair she left me with, I am disappointed and frustrated as I chose this salon due to its great reviews. I will not be visiting this salon again and do not recommend it.
