Good service overall. The only thing that I found a bit odd really was that they reused the same tools on customers without even pretending to clean them. I'm sure there isn't an actual hygiene issue because we all had our hair washed but it just felt a bit gross to clearly see someone else's hair dangling in my face as my hair was being brushed.
