I booked an appointment for a wash and haircut for 9am. The shop was still closed when I showed up on time, so I waited for about 10 minutes for them to open. The service itself was decent, but the haircut is basic and almost looks like I did it myself. Also, I had asked for Nadia after seeing positive comments online, but it was Rosemary who was my hairdresser on the day. Disappointed overall, but given the price it's OK.

Nadia was really helpful and she is very knowledgeable about colour treatments and knowing what will take to the hair etc. The blow dry afterward the cut was also great.
