Novel Hair Studio is a good salon, the staff are all very welcoming and they are taking the necessary precautions to protect customers and themselves from coronavirus. My stylist Jan was communicative and reassuring, and a perfectionist. I had a good haircut experience and would come back. It is excellent value for money if you are looking for a trim.

Really poor haircut, not at all what I asked for, another hairdresser had to step in and fix it, thankfully she did otherwise I would have had to cut my hair extremely short to salvage it !

After a 45 minute wait to be seen which I accepted due to the current circumstances, I was rushed to have my hair washed and cut. The whole process took aproximately 15minutes. The end result was not up to my expectations and the haircut was uneven. Otherwise, compliant with covid related matters, such as temperature checks, alcohol gel and masks for the customers.
