I only had about 1.5 inches off my hair, to take it above my shoulders. When I got home I realised the the two sides were completely different lengths and so I have wonky hair... Also, the cut is not straight I have long and short bits all over. Going to have to pay another hairdresser to fix it.

Fiona was absolutely amazing! I can’t recommend Novel enough. Everyone was so friendly and welcomed. Fiona understood exactly what I was hoping to achieve, communicated with me the whole way through and executed it so well. She’s really lovely, and incredibly skilled. Highest praise!!!
