I have extra long and thick hair, which is usually a challenge for anyone cutting it, but Fiona did an amazing job! She was very respectful of my request to layer it while still keeping the overall length and checked with my every step of the way so that the layers were exactly how I wanted. Great service! Also, they took my temperature before entering, offered hand gel and everyone wore face masks, felt very safe!

I went in for my appointment that I had booked and because the colourist was so busy on her own I had to wait nearly two hrs. I am not annoyed at waiting as I could see she was very busy but I do think that one of her colleagues could have called customers and let them know that they were running late, it means the customer may have time to do something else instead of waiting for an hour or two in the salon and won’t feel or be as frustrated.
That was my only complaint. The COVID-19 precautions are very good.
I also left with a wonderful new colour done by Fiona.
I would go again but as I said I would appreciate a call if they are running more than 30 mins late as I had quite a lot to do that day!

I'm really happy with my highlights and my hair cut HOWEVER: 1) The review has a different address listed on Google, so I wasted a lot of time trying to find the venue; 2) My stylist was a woman, not Paulo, who only showed up 20 mins after my appointment time. By the end of the appointment I was running over an hour late from the end time listed when I booked; 3) Despite paying for a blow dry, I was only given a rough dry, but by then I was already so late, I couldn't be bothered to fight it.
