Very happy with the result and stylist.
Unfortunately the person who was meant to do my hair did not show up. The team did not seem to know and I was say waiting for 30 mins before the other stylist called her. She then offered to do my hair as the booked stylist was not well and not coming in.
Shame about the disorganisation as the actual hair colour and result is very good.

The salon keeps asking for more money than what they have put on Treatwell. This is the second time they did this to me. This time I made sure to book ahead via Treatwell to cofirm prices. I purposely chose long hair and I was still told that I have paid less and it’s really unethical to do this to the client. They should either put exact amount they want for a treatment or not hassle later in front of other customers.I noticed that I still had a bit of white roots after treatment.Happened TWICE
