Overall, the experience was just okay. Upon entering I wasn’t greeted straightaway even though a member of staff was looking directly at me. The cleanliness could be improved on. The towel was dirty/stained for example. The salon was extremely cold resulting in it not being a relaxing experience, the staff did get a blow heater when mentioned (it didn’t help much but was appreciated). Naziya was pleasant and friendly however, I’ve had better pedicures elsewhere.

Nira and the whole staff at the salon tooo great care of me. Excellent service and super happy with both perm and haircut treatment. This was my first visit but will definitely be back again.
