I had appointment booked for 3.30 but stylist can't remember name mid aged lady with glasses didn't finish her previous client till 4 pm.When she came round to start with she was talking something in her own language to herself which I find really rude but luckily Nilofer came and took over.Nilofer did confro t that you took too long with your previous appointment to which she made faces and start talking something again .Nilofer and Nazia are brilliant and amazing.

I had a cut and blow dry, mani pedi and full face and neck wax. Was seen by Nelofar (consistently so amazing, talented and so welcoming) whenever I review places I have to mention I suffer from very debilitating anxiety and the ladies (Nelofar and Naziya) were so accommodating, friendly and really made me feel at ease the whole time. I was especially grateful as the ladies pampered me and made me feel so so special, it truly was such an amazing experience and I highly recommend coming here!
