Great pedicure but changed the time on me to be half an hour later which was frustrating and wasn’t able to complete the full treatment.

The start of the appointment was not great. We started 15 minutes late and I was told that I hadn't booked nail art (although I had).
However Marcella, who did my manicure, was amazing. She was extremely precise and I'm really happy with how my nails look. So 5 stars for Marcella (who is usually at Clapham Junction)!

So disappointed, had a gel removal and manicure at the belgravia salon.The staff were lovely and I was so pleased with my nails. I had paid £10 extra to have glitter applied. However, within 4 days they had started to peel from the nail bed. I rung the wrong salon by mistake and spoke to a very rude employee at the northcote road salon, I was given one appointment time which I unfortunately couldnt make. Such a shame
