Beautiful outcome - nail shape and application was flawless so could not fault the therapist at all there! Found the general experience to be underwhelming for how it's pitched though (low VFM). As opposed to a true spa 'manicure' it was more like a shape & polish plus cream, with the 'rose' element consisting mainly of a few rose petals in some water. Also ten pounds in addition to the already high price for polish removal was steep. But setting is lush!
