Pretty, petite nail salon but the lack of customer service wasn’t worth the trip. I visited for a special occasion and was 10mins late and staff were very rude and dismissive, it made the entire experience very uncomfortable. As always it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it and the attitude of one particular staff member was appalling. Two other clients arrived early for their appts and the same staff member practically barked that they would not be seen any earlier and they should sit over there. I was embarrassed for them. If it were a cheap no frills salon then customer service may not be too important but from such a brand I’d expect a high level of customer service and I was met with disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend the salon, as the quality of my treatments were standard so I think you’re better off visiting a decent salon where you can be sure you’ll be treated with dignity. If you don’t care about how you’re spoken too and you like to take pretty instagram pictures then it’s just right.
