My experience here was actually quite mortifying! The therapist opened the room door whilst she was in the middle of waxing my bikini area! I had absolutely nothing on my bottom half and my legs were obviously apart because I was having a bikini wax, everything was completely revealed, she said she was too hot in the room and needed air so had to open the door, I asked her at least 3 times to close the door but she made it clear that she was too hot and that she was the main concern, and I shouldn't worry because it is only women in the building, no men, so even if they walk past and see my naked private parts I should be okay with it??!!! Well i certainly was not okay with it, although nobody popped their head in there was still people walking past the room and the door was wide open and I was naked! I could hear voices talking very close outside and people walking past, door completely wide open! One of the most mortifying and embarrassing moments of my life I am actually scarred! And the wax itself was not great either I still had some tiny hairs left once I got home! Absolute waste of money and my dignity! Won't be returning.
