I found the salon messy, it looked nothing like the pictures on Treatwell. It looked like half the salon was being used for storage of boxes.
I wanted my roots done light so explained to the stylist Nadia exactly what colour I wanted during the consultation but what I wanted was ignored with Nadia insisting she knew better and a darker shade would cover my grey. I explained but the rest of my hair is very light so the colour needs to be light to match. But Nadia kept insisting that I needed a darker colour to cover the grey, to which I explained this has never been the case before, but again Nadia wasn't having any of it, I kept trying but it got to the point where we were just going back and forth with nothing happening. Wasn't happy but as I took a day of work I told Nadia fine, just do it. As suspected the end result was too dark, I wasn't happy with the end result but felt like after the treatment I got during the consultation it would just be useless to complain. So I sad thank you and left.
I got home and my husband asked what was wrong as my hair was too different colours, dark on the top and light on the bottom. Never again am I going there, I'm just glad that it was only £25 discounted price and not the £70 that it says is the full price as I personally thought £25 was too much.
